Prodenvases advances the technical development of its employees
A partnership with Institución Universitaria Pascual Bravo helped strengthen industrial maintenance teams’ competencies in pneumatics and hydraulics.

As part of its commitment to talent development and operational excellence, Prodenvases conducted a specialized Pneumatics and Hydraulics training program in collaboration with Institución Universitaria Pascual Bravo, strengthening the technical knowledge of employees from different maintenance areas.
The training took place from July 14 to September 22, 2026, comprising 40 hours of instruction. The program was designed to address the company’s specific industrial needs, providing tools to improve the diagnosis, operation, and maintenance of equipment used throughout its production processes.
Throughout the sessions, participants expanded their understanding of pneumatic and hydraulic systems, technical diagrams and symbols, valves and circuits, as well as methods for identifying malfunctions, equipment failures, and potential leaks. These skills are essential for strengthening maintenance activities and promoting a more preventive approach to industrial equipment management.
A key feature of the program was its practical approach, combining technical concepts with simulation exercises and the application of knowledge to operational scenarios. This methodology helped connect the learning experience with the everyday challenges faced by maintenance teams.
The initiative represents another step in strengthening Prodenvases’ internal capabilities and highlights the value of building partnerships with academic institutions to provide training aligned with industry needs.
Through programs like this, Prodenvases continues promoting specialized learning as a means of developing its employees, strengthening its processes, and advancing toward increasingly efficient operations.
