FEPSA México Enhances Its Organizational Culture

The initiatives carried out during 2026 continue strengthening employee engagement, recognition, and organizational culture.

As part of its people development and cultural strengthening strategy, FEPSA México promoted several initiatives throughout 2026 focused on employee well-being, integration, and recognition.

Through institutional activities, special celebrations, and recognition programs, the organization created opportunities to strengthen employee engagement and reinforce a culture based on teamwork and close collaboration.

Among the initiatives carried out were onboarding for new employees, recognition programs for long-term service, monthly birthday celebrations, and commemorative events for occasions such as International Women’s Day, Men’s Day, Children’s Day, and Valentine’s Day.

In addition, the launch of a special edition institutional jersey ahead of the 2026 World Cup helped reinforce company pride and strengthen organizational identity. At the same time, the company continues to promote training and professional development programs, reaffirming its commitment to talent growth and operational continuity.
