Envases Comeca transforms learning through a new edition of the SIG Fair

Six teams turned key Integrated Management System topics into dynamic experiences that promoted knowledge, participation, and teamwork.
On July 2, Envases Comeca brought back its Integrated Management System (SIG) Fair, an initiative returning after several years to strengthen employees’ knowledge of topics that are essential to the company’s operations and culture.
The event brought together six teams, each challenged to present different business topics in a creative, engaging, and participatory way. Through games, challenges, and activities designed specifically for the fair, employees learned and reinforced important concepts while interacting with colleagues from different areas.
The experience offered a different approach to understanding the organization’s processes and standards. Activities included topics related to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Occupational Health and Safety, as well as exercises demonstrating the importance of accurate, clear information throughout business processes.
Beyond learning, the SIG Fair strengthened collaboration and showed how creativity can communicate important knowledge in a memorable, engaging way.
The event was made possible through the commitment of the participating teams, the support of General Management and the Committee, and the work of the Management Team, led by Katthya Vargas, which played a key role in facilitating and coordinating the initiative.
Representatives from Conservas del Valle also joined the event, once again supporting Envases Comeca as customers and participating in this important initiative.
The return of the SIG Fair resulted in a day of learning, integration, and collaboration, reaffirming that teamwork, commitment, and trust are essential to strengthening organizational culture and achieving shared goals.
