Cartopel Promotes Leadership Through the FranklinCovey Program

The initiative aims to strengthen leadership capabilities and promote a culture focused on continuous growth and development in Ecuador.

Cartopel launched the FranklinCovey Leadership Development Program, an initiative designed to strengthen leadership capabilities across the organization and promote a culture focused on growth and continuous improvement.

The program kickoff brought together leaders from across the institution for an institutional breakfast to present leadership, teamwork, and personal development skills by providing practical tools that support the objectives and scope of this new development initiative. The event created a close and participatory environment that encouraged engagement and commitment from the very beginning.

Through this program, the organization seeks to enhance key skills related to leadership, teamwork, and personal development by providing practical tools that contribute to achieving the company’s strategic objectives.

As part of the participant support process, motivational content and periodic reminders will be shared to facilitate course follow-up and encourage the practical application of acquired knowledge in daily work activities.

With this initiative, Cartopel reaffirms its commitment to talent development and to building teams prepared to face the organization’s current and future challenges.
