Metalenvases Guatemala Strengthens Its 5S Culture Across Operations

Training, participation, and teamwork continue strengthening a culture focused on organization, safety, and continuous improvement.

As part of its commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence, Metalenvases Guatemala strengthened the implementation of the 5S methodology across different areas of the organization during this period.

The initiative included training sessions for both 5S auditors and operational personnel, incorporating soft skills development to reinforce participation, commitment, and teamwork among employees.

Through internal campaigns and targeted action plans, improvements were implemented across 26 operational areas, promoting practices in sorting, organization, cleanliness, standardization, and discipline. The process generated a highly positive response from employees, helping create more organized and efficient workspaces aligned with the company’s continuous improvement culture.

These actions reflect Metalenvases Guatemala’s commitment to building safer, more productive, and sustainable work environments for all.
