XI HR Conference: Transformation and Adaptation in the New Work Model

On July 9, 10, and 11, 2025, Grupo Comeca hosted its XI Human Resources Conference, themed “Transformation and Adaptation: Change Management in the New Work Model of Grupo Comeca.”

This event has evolved into a strategic platform for sharing knowledge, aligning goals, and enhancing talent management in an ever-changing work environment.

The opening session took place on Wednesday, July 9, at the new Grupo Comeca Servicios facilities, where Human Resources managers gained firsthand insight into the company’s organizational structure through presentations led by department heads. During this event, the official launch of the new virtual training platform, developed in partnership with Franklin Covey, was held as a significant step toward enhancing leadership skills.

On July 10 and 11, the agenda continued at the Country Inn & Suites Hotel with sessions focused on reviewing progress in the action plans derived from the previous year’s organizational climate survey. This space enabled the identification of opportunities to enhance workplace well-being, fostering an enriching exchange of experiences and best practices between operations in Costa Rica and abroad.

Beyond its technical focus, the conference was an opportunity to strengthen connections, generate inspiration, and reinforce the collaborative network that unites Grupo Comeca’s Human Resources teams. The commitments made during this gathering establish a clear direction toward more agile and cohesive management that is well-prepared to face today’s and tomorrow’s challenges.
