Work Climate Survey 2022: An X-Ray Of Grupo Comeca

The survey will be conducted between September and October, digitally and physically.

Every year, Grupo Comeca conducts a work environment survey in all its companies, from Canada to Argentina, to understand the reality and perception of employees regarding their quality of life at work.

This year, 2022, it will take place between September 26 and October 14.

The Human Resources Department coordinates the survey. The work environment has an important impact on the achievement of goals since collaborators are the ones who make the difference, add value, and contribute to business growth.

Why is the Work Climate Survey important?

It is a valuable tool that allows us to measure and compare how we do things throughout the group.

Through the collaborators' responses, the aspects that are done well and those factors that must change are seen to establish the corresponding improvement plans.

What does the Work Climate Survey measure?

It measures aspects related to internal communication in the company, working conditions, the leadership exercised in each department, the training that allows the development or reinforcement of skills, and the identification of the collaborator with the organization.

How is the Work Climate Survey applied?

It will be sent to collaborators’ business emails to be completed digitally, but there will also be physical forms for those who prefer that way.

Once processed, a report is prepared, and results are sent to each company’s manager so they can share it with all collaborators.
