Update on SAP Implementation Schedule at Grupo Comeca

The SAP Model project has undergone a timeline reassessment, resulting in a new work plan extending through February 2026.

The updated schedule includes the following key milestones:

• First quarter of 2025: Implementation in Envases Comeca and Unican.

• May 2025: Implementation at Epinsa.

• July 2025: Implementation at Envases Águila.

• End of April 2025: Definition of the cost model for the carton sector, enabling the start of implementation at Empaques Santa Ana in August 2025, with a Go Live scheduled for February 2026.

• Parallel Implementation: Metales Flix will follow the same Go Live date as Empaques Santa Ana.

At this migration stage, the model will have reached a mature phase, allowing it to optimize and accelerate the remaining implementations by leveraging synergies across various activities.

Significant milestones were also achieved in 2024, including the successful implementation of Technoends in August, Shared Service in October, and Grupo Comeca in November.

This roadmap reflects Grupo Comeca’s commitment to a structured and efficient transition to SAP, ensuring seamless integration across all business units.
