The Great Cleanup Day - Prodenvases - Colombia

One hundred thirty collaborators participated and removed 2,473 Kg of discarded material.

On September 1st, Prodenvases in Colombia held their Great Cleanup Day. With this, the 5S audit program formally began, joining Grupo Comeca’s companies that had already applied it.

The activity exceeded expectations in terms of staff participation and motivation. One hundred thirty collaborators participated (56% of the staff), and 2,473 Kg of discarded material was removed.

It involved great work of preparation and training of all the staff during 2022.

1. 100% of the staff was trained with the Group's 5S standardized course through the virtual campus.

2. Auditable areas were defined.

3. Area managers were established.

4. The members of the 5S committee were defined.

5. Members of the 5S committee were trained.

6. Draft audits were done.

7. The cleaning plan format was defined.

8. Color standards, location marking, and labeling were defined.
