Second Round of SAP Implementation

Five more companies of Grupo Comeca joined this change.

The SAP implementation project continues to advance, and this time, it is time for change for companies:

• Envases Comeca.

• Unican

• Technoends

• Envases Águila.

• Epinsa.

We have started the second wave of implementation and are taking the proper steps to continue adding companies to the SAP, BEAS, and Produmex systems.

We have had the support of the companies in this process and the support of each of the collaborators who led this change. Let us remember that our objective is to achieve a standardized business model for the Group, with the best market practices and supported by world-class tools. We know that long days of work, commitment, and dedication are coming for the common goal of automating manual work, thus allowing us to dedicate our valuable time to analysis, understanding, execution, and constant improvement of each process. Currently, we are working on the data configuration and standardization processes of the current systems, which will be migrated in a standard way to the new system. Soon, we will enter the most challenging activities of the project, in which we will evaluate the models being implemented and the enriching task of training in the new systems. We hope to continue adding companies to this IT transformation and continue counting on the support of each company in this and future stages.
