Containers Corporation reaffirms its commitment to environmental protection.

The commitment to the environment and sustainability was evident on June 11, when Containers Corporation S.A., Guatemala, participated in a reforestation effort in the San Vicente Pacaya area of the Escuintla Department.
During this event, 300 trees were planted across 21 hectares, directly aiding ecosystem recovery and boosting local biodiversity.
The project was organized in partnership with the National Forestry Institute (INAB), which performed a prior assessment of the area to ensure that the chosen species were suitable for local conditions. Among the varieties planted were mahogany, cedar, and plumillo — all native species that promote natural restoration and ecological balance in the region.
Besides its environmental advantages, the campaign also made a significant social impact by involving local community members and raising awareness about the importance of conserving natural resources. Through this effort, Containers Corporation reaffirms its commitment to environmental protection and its active role in supporting the region's sustainable development.
