Metales Flix Commercial Team Reaches Heights In Costa Rica

People with goals succeed because they know where they are going -Earl Nightingale.

The goal for the Metales Flix sales team in Costa Rica was to reach the top of Mount Chirripó, which is the highest point in the country, with an elevation of 3,821 meters above sea level (12,537 feet), and they achieved it together.

This adventure lasted three days but was planned for several months. Unfortunately, only 2 team collaborators could not attend due to health issues.

Nevertheless, the group reached the summit with teamwork and encouragement, which are also the constants to achieving the best results in the daily work at Metales Flix.

Rivera commented: “It was quite a support experience to reach the goal. We use phrases like one kilometer at a time or forbidden to beat. There were moments of truth, with anguish, leg pain, and fatigue while seeing slopes far ahead, but the group overcame everything.

The climb to the top began at 2:30 AM, and we had a spectacular sunrise.

It wasn't easy, but we did it and had much fun. I can guarantee that it united us.”

Undoubtedly, the lived experience will allow this team to become stronger and reach higher goals.
