Kaizen Convention 2025 at Prodenvases

On December 16, 2025, Prodenvases, Grupo Comeca’s operation in Colombia, held its Eighth Kaizen Convention, reaffirming continuous improvement as a cornerstone of sustainable growth and organizational competitiveness.

Kaizen, a Japanese philosophy meaning “change for the better,” has become deeply embedded in Prodenvases’ culture, guiding daily actions and decision-making across all areas. Through consistent, incremental improvements and collective effort, the organization has achieved meaningful transformations.

During the convention, employees presented projects focused on productivity, quality, occupational health and safety, and environmental sustainability. These initiatives demonstrated strong leadership, creativity, and commitment, turning everyday challenges into opportunities for improvement.

Reaching the eighth edition of the Kaizen Convention reflects strong management support and a culture that empowers people as drivers of change.
