Grupo Comeca’s Internal Soccer Tournament 2023

First place was won by Envases Comeca, the company with which the Group started in 1978.

The 2023 Internal Soccer Championship recently concluded with the participation of Grupo Comeca’s companies in Costa Rica. Many of the shared emotions lived are still in the environment.

The championship was held on Sundays, from June 11 to July 16, 2023, at the Group’s Recreation Center in Pozos de Santa Ana, San José.

The tournament’s dedication was to Mario Parajeles Zumbado, General Manager of Metales Flix, who kicked off the event.

Envases Comeca won first place–the company with which the Group started in 1978.

The organization was in charge of Tatiana Abarca, a collaborator of the Human Resources Department, to whom we extend our deep gratitude for her excellent work to improve the organizational culture and promote values ​​such as camaraderie and solidarity.

The last championship was held in 2019. Then there was a pause due to the pandemic, and now, four years later, it is possible to resume.

Between words of motivation and prayers, the team captains thanked them for participating in the sport they love so much, taking the opportunity to unite more as co-workers, meet family members, and, above all, with collaborators from other companies in Comeca Group.
