Carvimsa Celebrates 25 Years of Excellence in the Packaging Industry

Celebrated its silver anniversary this year, marking 25 years of commitment to excellence and innovation.

On April 7, 1999, Cartones Villa Marina S.A. (CARVIMSA) began operations in Lima, Peru, under the guidance of Grupo Comeca from Costa Rica, driven by the determination and vision of its leaders. Since then, Carvimsa has experienced remarkable growth and transformation, becoming a model in the industry of comprehensive packaging solutions, including cardboard, tubes, cornerboards, paper, and derivatives, both in the Peruvian and international markets.

Carvimsa celebrated its silver anniversary this year, marking 25 years of commitment to excellence and innovation. More than 800 employees participated in a ceremony filled with emotion and joy, providing moments to recognize the company's and its people's significant achievements.

During the ceremony, special recognition was given to 17 employees for their 25 years of service, highlighting the effort and loyalty that have contributed to the company’s success. Among them, special recognition goes to Santiago Reyna Ciccia, the General Manager, who has led the company with passion and vision, ensuring that Carvimsa continues to advance and leave a positive mark for future generations. Additionally, a heartfelt posthumous tribute was given to its founder, Don Santiago Reyna Tenorio, father of the current General Manager, in acknowledgment of his legacy and fundamental contributions to the company's growth.
