The main changes are the modernization of assembly lines and a general improvement to the entire physical plant.

Envases y Litografía Águila, the leading company in tin packaging manufacturing in Chile, is taking significant strides into the future through the technological modernization of its assembly lines. This ambitious project aims to optimize productivity and elevate the quality of the products that have defined the company's excellence.
One of the most notable improvements is upgrading the gallon-sized packaging assembly line, the company's flagship product. This modernization involves substantial speed enhancements and the implementation of an automatic palletizer, translating into significant advancements in productivity and competitiveness. This step reflects a commitment to innovation and the determination to stay at the forefront of the industry.
Throughout 2023, Envases Águila consolidated a new multi-format line, bringing together the manufacturing of four product formats that were previously produced on outdated assembly lines. These strategic changes have resulted in notable improvements in production capacity, efficiency, and costs, reinforcing our ability to respond to the demands of our valued customers.
Another exciting initiative taking shape is the integration of Kuka brand robotic arms into the automatic palletizer for buckets and containers in the newly incorporated multi-format line. The implementation of this cutting-edge technology not only demonstrates our commitment to automation but also promises to enhance our operational efficiency further.
In the coming months, it is expected to see these robotic arms in the entire operation, marking a milestone in the technological evolution of Envases Águila, which is dedicated to excellence, innovation, and customer satisfaction. This modernization is a solid step toward fulfilling those commitments. Envases Águila, always moving forward into the future!
