The company dedicates to the manufacture of tinplate containers in Mixco, Guatemala.

Since 1987, Metalenvases has been dedicated to manufacturing tinplate containers in Guatemala, and this year, it celebrated its 35th anniversary of market presence.
The company celebrated big, organizing a lunch among all its collaborators! An award ceremony for years of seniority was conducted. There was even a raffle among employees for a smart TV and a computer.
The acknowledgments to the collaborators ranged from 5 to even 25 years for their permanence in the company.
Miguel Cano, Quality Inspector, has worked for 33 years and shares his thoughts:

“First, I want to thank God. Then, I want to thank everyone who has made significant contributions in different areas with effort, discipline, and perseverance. When everything flows together, success is achieved. This is possible when you work in harmony and without resistance, streamlining things so everything goes well and on time.
Human resource is the most valuable capital, thanks to all those who add their different contributions of knowledge, time-out hours on vacations, and during sleeping hours.
We are the company, we make the change, and together, we generate wealth, of which we also have our share. By giving more, you receive more. Greetings to all from Metalenvases, Guatemala.”
Another collaborator, Oscar Urbina, Internal Auditor who has worked for 21 years, shared his experience:

“The experience in Metalenvases, without a doubt, goes beyond a job.
During these years, I have seen how the company's development contributes to Grupo Comeca and, consequently, to the development of the personnel that works in these respectable companies.
Thanks to the vision and business risk, beyond the horizon that the Mesalles family had in investing in Guatemala and other countries, this contributed to the development of our families, offering us decent and stable work. For this reason, I feel honored and grateful to work for Metalenvases.”
These are photographs of some of the staff during the celebration.
Happy anniversary, with the wish for many more to come!
